First off, this more or less a 'remix'... But typing the Thing ID in search on the 'This is a Remix Option' brought nothing up? So I couldn't select anything...
So, I got the base model from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1956623
Who apparently remixed this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740
Who in turn remixed this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:608169
And so on...
I moved the Raspberry Pi logo down a little, covered the unrequired port holes and added a double rail slot mount, strongly supported underneath.
The idea behind this case it to attached to the back left of an Ender 3 v2, having the wires to the Pi (ethernet and USB) entering neatly at the back out of sight rather than the front.
This does mean you're hiding the micro USB power port as that will now be at the rail side, so the power for this is via the GPIO pins and powered by the printer itself... There is a small hole in the bottom section of the case to put the wires through.
