Ender 3(/v2) tool holder

This is a straightforward remix of [Mattwall](https://www.thingiverse.com/mattwall)'s [thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3877505) (specifically, the "2nd variant"). It removes the text from the front, and adds a second pliers/cutters holder on the back side.
