I was having some flexing problems with the original mount, it might be that my webcam is heavier or I had bad print settings. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3868835

I redesigned the arm to include a diagonal brace and changed the hinge mounting screw to m4. Its a little tight mounting the camera clamp, but I slightly trimmed the pieces and it fit.
