Ender 3 Y-Axis Damper Mount

I had some issues with the damper mount scratching at the underside of the heatbed and also the whole mount bend after tightening the belt. So i designed a new mount using the measurings from octal8`s damper mount. This version fixed all my problems and through the reinforcing ribs there´s no more bending at all.
When mounting this keep in mind that you´re screwing a STEEL screw into an ALUMINUM extrusion.




Bei der Halterung von octal8 hatte ich das Problem, dass die Halterung leicht an der Unterseite der Druckplatte schliff und sich nach dem Spannen des Riemens auch noch etwas gebogen hat. Also habe ich die Maße von octal8´s Modell übernommen und das Modell etwas überarbeitet, d.h. Ich habe ein paar Verstärkungsrippen hinzugefügt und die Höhe des Teils um 2mm reduziert um ein Schleifen am Druckbett auszuschließen.
Bei der Montage denkt bitte daran, dass ihr eine Stahlschraube in ein Aluminiumprofil schraubt. Nach "FEST" kommt "AB"...
