I've joined both the plate adapter and the belt tensioner.
It's suggested to add a modifier to make the part around the holes solid, or after a while the PLA will sag & let go, and the bolts will loosen making the whole bed unstable on the Z axis as in : you'll be able to twist it and rotate it horizontally.
I've put a PrusaSlicer 2.4.0 project, with modifiers that you can personalize or print just like it is
