Ender 3 Z Axis knob

There are lots of knobs for the Creality Ender 3/3 Pro, however I wanted to play around with the design and more importantly, figure out how to make the complex threads needed to connect to the Z Axis rod. This was a fun challenge. Mine fits well, however you may want to increase the thread faces by 0.1mm for a slightly tighter fit. Supports are only needed for the arrow and the word "up".
