I remixed The Original Adapter, because it didnt quite fit my needs.
Things i changed:
- made a cable channel for a cleaner apperance
- extended holder for carriage
- structural additions, so it dont flex that much
- small cut for the extruder thumbscrew to manually feed filament (in the original it wasnt really free)
- Ender 3 V2 text on the visible free place
I Printed mine in PLA (blue) and it held up good for now, but i reprinted it in PETG (black) to make sure it holds up, whenever the extrudermotor gets a bit hotter. it took me some iterations, to get to this point. you should print it Laying on the side, so that the holes for the Carriage rollers are parallel to the z axis. Though this produces a lot of support (treesupport is very good here) but the structural integrity when pressing in the bearings should be given.
PLA should be enough, but a stronger material PETG or ABS should be used for more peace of mind.
Printed with 0.24mm layer, 3 Walls, 3 top and b
