ENDER 3V2 Direct Drive Adapter

Ender 3V2 direct drive adapter.

Assemble with standard hardware.

Compatible with BLTOUCH/CRTOUCH.

INSTALLATION:

You will need to cut a 73mm segment of your Bowden tube..

Use a soldering iron to push the aluminum spacers from the gantry into the 8mm holes on this adapter.

There is a screw that adjusts the tensioner spring on the extruder mechanism.. What I did was cut off the head of the screw and slotted it so i could adjust it with a flat head screw driver if need be.. I did this so it would be flush and not cause any issues.

Overall very easy to install.. it took several iterations of this design to get it perfect.

Please note you will need to change your retraction settings after installation. I use 2.5mm
@ 50mm/sec

If you like printing fast ( >60mm / sec ) I recommend you replace the extruder stepper for a pancake profile to reduce the weight and inertia..
