Ender 5 bowden clip

Noticed that my Bowden tube was moving up and down during retractions. The stock clips are not thick enough and allow for a bit of movement which becomes worse over time. This design will allow you to replace the clips. They have a tab that makes it easier to take the clips off for fat fingered people like me.

The stock clips on the printer were 1.7mm and 1.8mm. Not sure why they are different. This clip is by design 2.0mm. Depending on your calibration, it may print thicker or thinner. Use your slicer to scale in the appropriate direction if it does not fit or is too loose. Or use sandpaper to if it is too thick. Prints in a couple of minutes, weighs less than 1gram and takes 80mm of filament.

Perfect to use up those loose ends you have lying around. I have seen people replacing the clips with zip ties but I think this is a more elegant and practical solution. After all, nothing is more satisfying then having your printer print its own parts.
