Ender 5 cable or tool retainer

Hoping this will help with both cable management and tool holding. Haven't tested it for either, but its based off the fantastic clip by kilro01. So, since the clip is known to hold and be extremely useful, I know this will at least hold on to the frame.

added a version that has a removed section to allow for cables to be put in and secured, and also removed without disconnecting them. (have not printed)
