Simple enclosure I've designed with OpenSCAD and built myself.
There are surely better designs out there, but I wanted to try to project and build one.
To build print 8 x ender5enclosure.stl in PETG (or any not flammable material which can resist to heat like PETG or better).
Cut 11 x 2,5cm diameter PVC tubes each long 54,4cm.
Cut 5 x 60cm x 60cm radiator insulating foil sheets (check on the specs that they are not flammable).
Fit the tubes in the sockets (flat part of the 4 lower ball joints goes towards the floor, vice versa for the 4 up ball joints it goes to the ceiling).
Screw the tubes with 22 x M3x25mm wood screws (the front lower tube has sockets and screw holes but don't put yet, it will be removable door to better slide the printer in).
I've attached the foil to the frame with kapton tape (rated up to 280c).
The built enclosure should roughly be a cube of 62cm lenght per side.
For the door/window I've bought a 50cm x 50cm large and 4mm thick polystyrene transparent g
