Ender 5 - endstop switch cover

If you think that ender 5's visible endstop switchs looks like unfinished you can easilly remedy with that simple cover.

Installation takes about 5 mn:

### Print Settings

Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 20% or more
no support, build plate adhesion
printing time : About 20 mn per cover.

### Installation
- unplug endstop switch
- unscreew endstop switch
- install endstop switch in cover
- screew a
