Ender 5 plus Display fan mount

Since I'm not using the stock Ender 5 plus display, I've remixed a BTT TFT35 mount with a 40mm fan grille. Just an easy no case modification required to add another cooling fan to the case. Should fit any 40mm fan, screws for fan mount are M3 length depends on fan depth and the original screws from the display are used to hold the bracket in place.
