I wanted to route the hotend cable inside the Ender 5+ frame (on the same side as the PTFE) but the original guide is a bit too long for this position, protrudes too far toward the bed. The only change is I shortened it.
This one is printed on the same Ender 5+ in PETG, it's more flexible than PLA so easier to clip to the frame.
