I wanted an LED strip light for my Ender 5 Plus, but all I found was this one for the standard Ender 5: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4125317
Front and rear lighting is nice, but it wasn't wide enough for the Plus so I needed something bigger. This is what I ended up with. At present it's just a front bar, with the length adjusted so that you can print it rotated 45 degrees in one piece. It's not really a remix as such, as I carved out almost all of dbltrbl023's design and built it fresh. But it is definitely based on that original design, having the same basic angles as the original.
It works fine for 10mm or 8mm strips; I used a cheap 8mm strip for mine. The light bar is 10mm longer than the "correct" length given that the LED strip is broken up into 110mm sections, and the extra length includes holes that can be used for strain relief where the power cord or connector comes in. It might not fit some 10mm connectors but seems fine for the 8mm connectors I bought.
