Ender 5 plus print head cable support bracket

Hello,
Here is a support bracket for cable from print head.
Part 1 should be printed on its back : the bigger flat part
Part 2 should be printed as well on the bigger flat part : on photo part 2 is printed twice
Part 3 is meant to hang the card (or ski pass) holder : same as before print it on the flat part
Part 4 : is a hook for the cable strant. should be printed on the side up.

You will need :
2 * M4 *10
2 * M4 T-Nut
3 * M4 * 15 + bolt.
