Ender 5 Plus Screen Enclosure

I needed a screen housing for my Ender 5+, when I changed the screen to a 12864 LCD. Because I have removed the electronics from the enclosure, I could not use anything that mounted to the extrusions. Therefore, I created this. Of course, you can use this for a factory setup, as well.
It snaps into place, in the opening that is left when you remove the stock screen. Assembly is as follows:
- After printing, insert 4 heat-set press-in fittings to the main housing. This model is designed for M3x4x5 fittings.
- Place the screen into the housing and fit the backplate.
- Secure the backplate using 4 flat-head M3 screws of appropriate length (it only, logically, fits one way). You want the screws to be as flush to the backplate as possible, once installed or you will have problems fitting the enclosure into the hole.
