I couldn't find a BL Touch bracket for my Ender 5 Pro that would print properly and modifying existing brackets revealed some weaknesses and showed the Y axis belt crimp would contact the probe. I ran up a new setup based loosely on the bracket I had on my CR-10 Mini (The Ender 3 bracket) with some additional strength and gussets added and a longer arm to space the probe away from the belt crimp collar.
The hole dimensions fit *MY* printer perfectly, but your printer may require a little reaming of the hole for the belt crimp collar. Running a sharp drill bit of the appropriate size through the hole by hand makes quick work of that.
I left the lower mounting screw hole a bit small so the screw was captured by the bracket, then mounted the probe before screwing the assembly to the hot-end. Leaving the lower screw captured made it a breeze to insert a driver between the fan shroud and the probe and snug everything up.
Probe offsets are 41mm left and 14mm forward of the nozzle
