The low point of the Ender 5 (Pro) is the wiring. It's an afterthought, at best.
The goal of this system is to use the stock wires and still give them enough support, clearance and be tidy.
The base is an arched support bracket (Lower Support Bracket) that positions the reel holder parallel to the side of the frame. It has wire tie blocks on the back for support and has the wires out of site. The reel support is 100mm above the lower frame rail and has lots of clearance for different spools. *** Printed here in PLA ***
The X carriage wire hangs precariously and requires a lot of freedom of movement. The X Wire Support requires the X stepper be turned 90 degrees to position the connector in line with the X axis. This allows the wire to be routed so it sits parallel to the side rail and out of the way of the right side bogies. This is from the turn in the Wire Support.
