Ender 5 Tool Holder (Remix)

My Remix of "TrigoKlei's" Ender 5 Tool Holder with a couple addition.

- Added a slot for the 1mm Dia. Hex AllenKey which comes with the HotEnd upgrade so you need the extra slot if you have that upgrade.

- Added an additional slot for a second small spanner / wrench.
- Added 2 SD card Slots so that you don't lose those little guys.
- Modified the Scraper slot for a better fit (But this is dependant on the type of scraper you have - however all should fit quite well.
- Modified the depth so that the scraper fits easily (Some Scrapers have larger handles)
- Modified the over all height of the of the print (This will give you more grip and less slip on the aluminium extrusions when fitted)
