28 March Edit:
I tweaked the clip to be springier, and made a version with the nipper clip on the right.
I wanted a tool holder that would still attach with my 5+ enclosure and didn't use any bolts.
I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3655629 as the basis and modded the clip (and added a little more scraper space).
I put print settings in, but I was doing a lot of fiddling around at the time. What is important is the top/bottom thickness, I had them at 1.2mm. If they are thinner/weaker than the tennon, they can crack when you clip on.
When you attach it, you're going to need some oomph. Press in on the right side first, flat against the v channel (45 deg from where you will stop). Once the right side nub is in the extrusion, adjust the height where you want it to stay, it's gonna be toight. Rotate the tool holder clockwise 45 deg to clip the left nub into the v-channel. Stand back and marvel at your greatness, and tidier workspace. Print more things.
