Ender Filament Guide Filter Stop

Simple addition to the Filament Guide by RedSoda (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4581110) that keeps my snap-on filament filter from grinding the roller.

I just drilled a small 2.5mm hole into the guide base and used a normal M3 screw to secure it in place.

The inside of the guide hole needs to be cleaned and sanded a little and it needs to be able to move a little so it doesn't create friction and rubs against the filament.
