I loved the simplicity of [BasementFabricator's](https://www.thingiverse.com/BasementFabricator) mount but I thought I could make it even simpliciter. I merged the arm with [nitrocubane's](https://www.thingiverse.com/nitrocubane) camera holder idea, obviating the need for a faceplate and the M2 screws.
No change was made to the base; I included it here anyway.
To mount the base to the printer frame, you'll need
- 2x M5x12 screws
- 2x M5 T-slot nuts
To mount the arm/camera holder to the base, you'll need
- 1x M5x20 screw
- 1x M5 nut
