Ender3 Bed Handle with Raspberry Pi Camera Mount, v2

Modified Ender 3 Bed Handle for:
- Increase distance from hot bed to handle and camera mount, not to collide with extruder
- Make handle wider and taller for convenience
- Add support near bolt hole to be more stable on twist
- Change RaspberryPi Camera Holder to make the cable goes downside directly
