Ender3 / Enderwire Leightweight Y Carriage

Its a prototype for now,I printed this from Nobufil ABSx for nowwith 5 top- and bottomlayers and 5 walls with30% cubic infill in 0.2mm layerheight. ABS isnt the ideal material for this, i would recomend something like PC or Nylon due to thermal resistency.but for now its just a test. UPDATE!i tested it in ABS for 30 printhours while printing ABS parts in a closed chamber. Cons: the corners where the springs sit have sagged several millimetres over the course of these 30 hours. so abs is not suitable for this applicationPros: I did this mainly for the weight of the Y-axis, and it was a complete success, I was able to significantly and noticeably increase the acceleration on the Y-axisFazit: it's definitely worth the upgrade, but you need a material with a high heat resistance.
