Ender3 v2 Webcam front side fixed mount

I found the original design not stable, thus I deprecated the rotating system and designed it as a fixed mount.

Extra screws and nuts you might need for usage:
(1) 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" bolt (for hinge)
(1) 1/4"-20 x 5/8" bolt (for webcam)
(1) 1/4"-20 thin nylon lock nut (Optional, but highly recommended)
(2) 10-32 x 3/4 bolt (to connect mount to belt tensioning device)
