endoscope mount for ender 3

fits the ender3 back plate but not the stock fan housing. more for people who attached direct extruders that move the fan

has a little removable tang for zip-tying cables to, and a cover to keep said cables from blocking the fan

also the clamp gets warm, so recommend something higher temp like abs or in my case i switched to aluminum
rest of the parts can be pla or whatever
