I am building my on 3D printer, based on Ender 3 from Creality.
Needing the piece to secure the endstops and motors for X and Y, I found them to buy on Aliexpress, but the prices didn't make me happy. So I designed it based on the ones that come with Ender 3, just adapting to be printable.
It actually made the process of building even simpler.
To secure the endstop, I used M3 threaded inserts and allen screws.
For the rest, I used M3 allen screws and T-nuts.
