EnergusPS TinyBMS enclosure

This is a complete enclosure for Tiny BMS s516 manufactured by EnergusPS. The BMS board comes as an OEM solution, and isn't provided with a good mounting and protection option. This enclosure accommodates the board with bluetooth module and secures the cabling.

Some caveats and design decisions :

* The enclosure is barely bigger than the board itself, keeping the solution compact.
* Bluetooth module has a dedicated "pocket"
* Multiple mounting lips are provided. Unneeded ones can be removed.
* Ventilation holes are both on the bottom and top (lid) part of the enclosure. That may be excessive given less than 1W of heat per shunt resistor.
* Lid is provided, but can easily be replaced with plain piece of plastic, such as plexiglass or polycarbonate.
* Spacers should be used for mounting on a flat surface
