Engine, V twin, 800cc, 27Kg. For light aircraft/micro-light or motorcycle, etc. This is a proposed prototype. Parts are machined from solid rather than cast. the model includes: Valves & pushrods, Starter motor & engaging mechanism, Oil pump & drive mechanism, Alternator, Fuel injectors, Bearings, Seals and Fasteners. Thank-you: Ievgen for the air filter and starter motor and spark plug. Chris Clouser for the fuel injector. Any advice on how to improve this engine will be greatly appreciated. ______________________________________________________ Engine V Twin Revision 01: Additional features include; twin spark plugs, oil filter, oil filler cap & dipstick, larger cooling fins, new pushrod followers, new generator mountings, repositioned oil pump, revised oil drainage for cylinder head, revised oil pipes, additional bearing on crank, new engine mounting points. Additional details include; spines on output shaft, screw threads, split pins, keys, gaskets and piston rings. Thank you to: Arian Shamil for the throttle body. mad max for the air filter. Hardi Lepiksaar for the oil filter. Chris Clouser for the fuel injector. ievgen for the starter motor and the spark plug. Most parts have been 'fixed' to speed up rebuilds. All their mated become unsuppressed if they are set to 'float' (SolidWorks only). Any suggestions would be gratefully received. ____________________________________________________ Engine V Twin Revision 02: Cylinders are now mirrored so the exhaust from both cylinders is on the output shaft side of the engine. Inlet manifolds changed.
