Engineered Angler's Hyper Jerkbait

One file has lip and one with a cutout for a lip. If you have a good printer, you may get away without support. I printed it without support and it's pretty crappy. YMMV. You'll have to trial and error the weight just to get it to slowly sink/float. I would use higher infill for sinking, and lower infill for floating. Please comment below of your experience. Thank you.
