engraving Letters

This is a set of letters for a (very old) engraving machine. It is still work in progress. Any contibution is welcome.

With the openscad file you can make letters for any .ttf fonts at Sizes between 8 and 20mm. I use 18mm.

However, I think it makes most sense only for sort of line-fonts. Not many come with the standard operating system installations. In fact, I dont know any good one. So one need to find some of the free linefonts available on several web sites. Not all of them are free.

The default currently used is the Courier monospaced font. It is fine, but in future also proportional fonts should be implemented.
