Description:This upgraded version of the Bambu Lab reusable spool holder brings a range of practical improvements aimed at usability, efficiency, and compatibility:• Hexagon Side Pattern: Offers better visibility of remaining filament, uses less material during printing, and maintains strong structural integrity.• Multiple Filament Slots: Features 6 pairs of holes evenly spaced around the rim — significantly more than the original's single pair — giving you more flexibility to secure filament ends.• Filament Passthroughs: Added holes allow easy filament anchoring when re-spooling.• Quick Alignment System: Arrows inside both parts help quickly align and snap-twist them together without guesswork.Angled Holes (v2 Update): Rim holes are now tilted at 45° to reduce bending stress on filament ends.• Wider Compatibility: Supports even damaged or stripped-down cardboard spools, including those with core diameters smaller than Bambu Lab’s standard size.To assemble one complete spool, print one “narrow” and one “wide” model.Versions:Choose the right STL version based on your needs:For Bambu Lab filament refills: • Use the files under Print Files (STL) for Bambu Filament Refills. For general re-spooling or third-party filament: • Use Print Files (STL) for non-Bambu Filament Refills. These models do not have the notch specific to Bambu Lab refills and are suitable for cores ≥ 81 mm.For smaller cardboard spools (69–80 mm core diameter): • Use the Files for smaller cardboard spools, which includes a 74|75 mm version (ideal for newer Inland cardboard spools).Printing Instructions:• No supports needed.• Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PA-CF. Note: PETG is usable but avoid high temperatures (≥85°C) in filament dryers.• For maximum durability: - If using strong materials (PC, PA-CF): 15% infill is enough. - For others (like PLA, PETG): use 6 wall loops and 25% infill.• Dryer-Safe Advice: For drying compatibility, PC or PA-CF is preferred due to their higher thermal resista
