EQ3-2 RA stepper motor mount

Modified version of another bracket to alow clearance of the RA clutch. Bracket is for mounting a NEMA 17 stepper motor to an EQ3-2 telescope mount in order to use Onstep controller. I've modified another design to allow for clearance of the RA clutch. An extension to the RA worm gear shaft will be required for this.

I haven't tested this but dimensions all look good.
