After just a few hours with the Steam Deck my hand started to hurt, but to my surprise I could not find an ergonomic grip that worked for me. So, I set out to create my own. Before publishing this model I went through eight other iterations to refine the comfort of these grips. In addition, I tried to make sure they were small enough to fit in the original case, easy-ish to print, and good looking. I am now able to play the Deck for hours without pain! Hopefully these can help you too. The print profiles I uploaded use a 0.16 layer height, I found this to be the right compromise between print speed and grip feel. If you are creating a profile yourself, I have a few recommendations:I created a small flat surface on the bottom of the grips (near the SD card slot) to adhere to the bed. Printing these vertically I had the best results.I found gyroid infill resulted in a decent level of stiffness in the clips while still being slightly flexible (with 3 walls).Boost MeSupport me with a boost
