arduino part:
1. prepare the ESP32 development environment
2. modify the SSID and PASSWD in the code
3. select ** station \ soft AP ** and ** TF SDIO\SPI ** mode in config.h
4. connect USB , hold the pin0 and upload
5. reset it and open the monitor, get this device IP:
6. open browser with IP OR http://esp32cam.local, you may see the camera image.
