I recently made a custom fan and LED controller for my Sysracks server rack. It uses 2 ESP32 chips (one running ESPHome for the fan controller, and one running WLED for LED controls). The riser board also has slots for a buck converter to step a 12v source down to 5v power to allow a single power brick to power both the fans (12v) as well as the ESP32s and SK6812 LED strips (5v). Finally there is an additional slot for a pull-up resistor needed for the DS18B20 temperature sensor. All screw holes should thread nicely with M3 screws, I believe I used M3x6mm screws (12 total) You can probably print this in just about anything but I made my print profile with PETG for a little added temperature resistance since it will be at the top of my server rack where it may get a little warm. Here is the parts list I used for all the main components, note: this does not include some basic materials like screws, wires (I used 18 and 24AWG) etc. but all main components are listed.https://www.amazon.com
