The XIAO ESP32 Sense does not have any mechanical provisions for mounting the board, the camera, and the antenna. All the components are fragile and without something to hold everything together, there is the possibility of damage. In addition, all the components get very warm during use.
I designed a holder for the board, the camera, and the antenna. I added a small fan to provide some airflow around the components. I printed the base from Prusament PETG and the antenna retainer from generic PLA. The board and the camera get so hot that PLA can melt. I had some considerable stringing with the PETG material, but a couple of minutes with a deburring tool, a jackknife, and a heat gun removed all the string material. I used painted grid supports in PrusaSlicer to support the bridge areas and printed it on my Prusa MK3S.
I soldered stacking headers to the Perma-Proto board and header pins on the ESP32 board. I inserted the board into the header pins which makes the board remova
