I've designed a 3D-printed case to snugly fit an ESP32 and a MAX6675 thermocouple amplifier with a K-Type thermocouple probe. I'm currently using it to monitor my clothes dryer with an ESPHome integration. I designed the case with ample depth to allow jumper wire attatchment instead of hard wired. I'm using M2.5x4 screws and M2.5 brass inserts to mount the components and lid. Just a standard micro usb charger has been working well for me so far.
