This is a very simple fully printed fixture I use for ESP8266 firmware programming.
The pogo pins I use here are 100 mils and I use pogo (nails) + receptacles. This fixture is designed for "needle" tip pogo pin. Receptacle diameter is 1.6mm.
For the hinge I use 2 M3 x 8 allen screws.
To assemble the body I use 4 M3 x 25 screws.
