espCaliper lid

This is a simple lid designed to fit over digital calipers and allow extra electronics to be added to the calipers.

I use it to contain an esp-12 module, lipo battery, and interface to allow caliper measurements to be read, stored and made available on the web server maintained by the esp-12.
