ESPHome doorbell V2 casing

This is an alternative casing for the smart doorbell V2 developed bij [Marcel Zuidwijk](https://www.zuidwijk.com/product/esphome-based-doorbell-v2/). This is a very convenient and easy way to make your current doorbell smart and it integrates really well with Home Assistant. I can warmly recommend it.
You can buy a case from his website, but I liked creating one myself better.
Simply print out, put the smart doorbell board in case, connect wires, screw lid to wall and click case onto the mounted lid.
Access to the reset button is provided by a small hole on the left side of the casing.
Print file are provided both in 3mf and stl format. You only need one or the other.
