Estaura

The Aura Foundation and the Estimia Foundation of Barcelona have joined forces to create and design their own letters and have named the Estaura typeface.

For 3 months, a team of users and professionals from each foundation were working together.

First each person made the entire alphabet on paper or in digital format and then one or two letters were selected from each person until the entire typography was completed.

One by one, we traced each letter using graphics tablets in order to have each letter made on paper in a digital format.

With everything digitized, the letters were processed to be 3D printed using Inkscape and later the 3D Builder application. They have finally been prepared with Tinkercad to be 3D printed.
