estep calibration gauge

A quick use guide for the estep calibration process. The gauge is designed to snap onto 1.75mm filament as a quick way to measure out either 200mm or 100mm of filament for use in the estep calibration process. (example tutorial: https://3dprintbeginner.com/extruder-calibration-guide/)

personally, I snap the gauge on, mark the filament with a permanent marker, and then remove the gauge and then send the calibration commands.
