ETC Lighthack additions

These are just a few little mods for the ETC #lighthack project. If you don't cut a hole in your box top the LCD is pretty ugly. Display Cover is just a little screw on piece to block some of the ambient light and look a little nicer. On the encoder knobs that shipped with the kit the finger cutout was a little small, so I came up with the knobs included to make the encoders a little easier to manipulate. In the included STL the name is commented out, but you can edit the open scad file if you like.

This was a fast and dirty project, the tolerance on the cover as well as the stem hole could be a little better(the cover is tight, the stem loose, both are workable).

update 6/19: Added a faceplate with the hole cut for the display.
