Same as the 1.0 design I first published after finding a clean shot of the actual side of the vial I was able to determine that the piece itself carried no edge. Sadly my design skills as basic as they are make it rough to operate other design programs. Freecad as basic as basic can get has issues when it comes to chamfered edges when they exceed a degree.
I suggest a 100 percent infill with a clear filament.
