The model consists of two halves and a ring to put on ethernet and keep the halves together. I needed to connect two ethernet cables on my roof with a keystone. To provide protection and security for the setup I designed this case. The version I printed needed some sanding and had a minor gap which I solved with hot glue.I have modified the file to provide extra clearance on inside the case for the keystone and for the cap. Feel free to move down the caps and halves to reduce support, on the halves I recommend moving them down to get rid of the bumps, these bumps were to account for my specific keystone from Temu, I will likely get rid of them in the future on the outside. Ideally a closing skirt would be added to make this model by itself more robust and well sealed.I did wrap this case in a cellophane bag and tape to protect from water. The case also serves as a guaranteed connection keeper. My ethernet even though it was new had some issues staying connected.
