Designed and printed this small ethernet grommet to fill the empty space between the hole I drilled in the wall and the outside for the passthrough of an ethernet wire. The wire hole has a diameter of 6.8mm and the outer diameter that goes in the hole in 12mm with 0.5mm rings to create a snug fit. If you have already installed the cable like me you can get a small slit with a utility blade and use the flexibility of tpu to put the grommet around the cable. I also used a little bit of silicon to create a watertight barrier between the grommet and the wood.
