I designed my own bracket in order to more securely install the Eufy E120 outdoor lights. This design features a base, with a retaining ring. This two-part design provides a very secure hold without any overhanging features, which makes petg, asa, abs easier. Simply press the light into the base, then wrestle the ring into place. THE RING IS INTENDED TO GO ON ONE-WAY, WITH THE BEVEL TOWARDS THE BASE. The rings are pretty tough, and I never broke one while installing, but test your filament with one to ensure that the elastic properties allow this type of handling.
No supports are needed. A brim would be a pain. I used petg at .2mm layer height and got great results. I've tried to make this a print-friendly as possible, but this still might not be an ideal print for a novice. Getting a good first layer on build plate full of rings is tricky. Make sure that when you position the ring in your slicer, the bevel is up.
I've included a solidworks file and welcome remix.
