Hey! Here's a 3D printable panel for a Eurorack style passive mult. It's 4HP wide and accommodates up to eight 3.5mm mono sockets. I made the panel quite thick so that it doesn't flex when I push the jacks in so you may need to use screws longer than the regular m3 screws that come with most modules, or scale the z axis in your slicer accordingly.
I used the following 3.5mm mono switched sockets from Jaycar (Australian components supplier) https://www.jaycar.com.au/3-5mm-enclosed-socket/p/PS0122 . It's likely that plenty of other types and brands will fit equally as well. The holes are 6.2mm with a shallow 8mm recess at the back.
If you need a schematic to show you how to wire them up, you can use the one here: https://aisynthesis.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Screen-Shot-2016-05-28-at-6.58.51-PM.png
I wired mine up as a 1x8 or 2x4 mult, the socket switch on the fifth jack from the top breaks the connection to the bottom three when in use. Hopefully you can see how it's wire
